You will study a wide range of software including database design and management and communication and employability skills for IT. You will investigate social media optimisation and how this is becoming vital for any business organisation and undertake a programming project where you will choose a computing problem to work through by analysing the problem, designing the solution, developing the solution and evaluating the outcome.
You can use the skills gained through this A-level to pursue careers in areas such as software management and development. Many of our students use this A-level as a platform for higher education by looking at network management or business with IT skills, or by moving directly into a higher level degree apprenticeship.
